The Company Our client is a Hong Kong diversified conglomerate with established operations across property, financial services, healthcare, and commercial management. The Group has a strong footprint in Greater China, supported by a portfolio of income-generating and growth-oriented businesses. The Role • Lead and execute M&A transactions, including origination, evaluation, structuring and execution • Develop and drive Group-wide long-term strategic initiatives, including portfolio optimisation and capital allocation • Identify and realise synergies across business units, enhancing operational efficiency and cross-platform value creation • Manage and strengthen relationships with external partners, JV stakeholders, and investment counterparties • Evaluate strategic investments, partnerships, and joint ventures across multiple sectors • Support deal structuring, negotiations, and due diligence processes with internal and external advisors • Provide strategic insight to senior management on market opportunities, investment themes, and competitive positioning
