Responsibilities • Spearhead the end-to-end HRIS implementation for Hong Kong and Macau, acting as the central liaison between Group, IT, external vendors, and HR Centers of Excellence. • Drive project oversight by defining detailed plans, tracking milestones, maintaining RAID logs, and delivering regular steering committee updates to ensure transparency and control. • Conduct thorough localization and gap analyses to align the Group blueprint with HK/Macau statutory needs; translate complex business requirements into precise system specifications and solution designs. • Manage the full data migration lifecycle—including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation—to ensure flawless data integrity from legacy systems. • Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), oversee defect management, and lead all go-live readiness activities to guarantee a smooth rollout. • Ensure every aspect of the implementation adheres strictly to Hong Kong and Macau HR, payroll, and data privacy regulations. • Champion stakeholder engagement, drive comprehensive change management initiatives, and deliver user training to support both go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
