Summary The main function of the Program Manager is to plan, direct, and coordinate the execution of the Future UW Blueprint program’s initiatives. This role focuses on program management, ensuring successful delivery of underwriting transformation, digital submission enhancements, and operational efficiency improvements across multiple pillars. • Role objective: Replacement role to support an underwriting blueprint system revamp project Job Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage the execution of initiatives under the Future UW Blueprint program (e.g. including GenAI-powered underwriting, digital submission, and distribution tool enhancements). • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and resource allocations to meet strategic milestones. • Present program updates, reports, and findings to senior stakeholders and governance forums. • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to define program specifications and ensure alignment with business goals.
