Job Summary The incumbent will serve as a Delivery Lead, responsible for owning end‑to‑end delivery outcomes across the Policy Administration & Servicing domain. The role is accountable for translating business and servicing intent into safe, predictable, and high‑quality delivery outcomes, leveraging the Policy Administration System as the core platform, supported by multiple downstream systems that enable the full end‑to‑end customer policy servicing lifecycle. Responsibilities • Act as the delivery owner and subject matter lead for change initiatives across the Policy Administration & Servicing domain. • Own end‑to‑end delivery outcomes covering the core Policy Administration System and all downstream systems supporting customer policy servicing. • Plan, sequence, and priorities delivery in line with business priorities and PI objectives, ensuring commitments are realistic and predictable, while proactively managing stakeholder expectations on scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery outcomes. • Translate business and operational servicing intent into executable delivery plans, solution approaches, and delivery work items. • Assess and manage impacts to customer servicing journeys, operational processes, data quality, reporting, controls, and audit requirements. • Challenge unclear, incomplete, or unsafe requirements prior to implementation. • Own go‑live readiness for all Policy Administration & Servicing changes, including cutover planning, operational readiness, and handover to support teams. • Partner closely with Operations Support to ensure release readiness, rollback planning, and incident response preparedness. • Participate in post‑incident reviews and drive corrective and preventative actions. • Manage third‑party delivery partners and specialist vendors supporting policy administration and servicing systems. • Enforce structured, time‑bound knowledge transfer (KT) to reduce long‑term vendor dependency. • Build sustainable delivery capability through documentation, shared ownership, and internal succession planning.
