Job Description

Role Overview The PMO will play a central role in supporting a large‑scale transformation programme within a Global Bank, ensuring effective project governance, delivery discipline, budget & resource planning, and transparent reporting across multiple workstreams. The role partners closely with senior stakeholders to drive execution, manage risks, and maintain alignment to strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities • Establish and maintain programme governance, delivery frameworks, and PMO standards across all workstreams • Produce and manage integrated programme plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths • Drive executive‑level reporting, including progress, risks, issues, financials, and benefits tracking • Support RAID management, change control, and decision tracking, ensuring timely escalation where required • Coordinate across business, technology, operations, and external vendors to ensure delivery alignment • Track budget, resource utilisation, and delivery KPIs; support financial and capacity planning • Prepare senior management and steering committee materials, ensuring clear, concise insights • Support regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements associated with transformation delivery
