We are seeking a skilled Risk & Compliance Lawyer to join our Legal Department in Hong Kong. This role is integral to managing the firm’s risk exposure and advising on a wide range of legal and compliance matters, including business acceptance, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, client due diligence, sanctions, and reputational risk. As part of a global team, you will support the implementation of internal risk processes, particularly in the areas of conflicts of interest, anti-money laundering, and compliance with local regulations such as the Law Society of Hong Kong’s Professional Conduct Guide.
