Our partner is a renowned hospitality group with an established portfolio of award-winning restaurants. The group has a successful track record of creating extraordinary restaurants concepts that garner large international followings. We are now seeking a Sous Chef with a background in high-volume, classic or modern Italian venues, to join their institutional New York-Italian restaurant. The Sous Chef will assist the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations, managing crucial stations across the kitchen, while organising team rosters, and stock take.
