What you will do: • Support day-to-day operations of RWA products (e.g., mint, redemption, reconciliation) • Assist in building and maintaining SOPs for asset lifecycle management • Work closely with product/compliance / custody teams to ensure smooth execution • Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose improvements • Perform basic data tracking and analysis to support operations decisions What we are looking for: • Fresh graduate in Mathematics / Statistics / Business Analytics / Finance or related fields • Strong logical and structured thinking • Able to understand and follow operational workflows (SOP-driven) • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility • Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets Nice to have: • Interest in crypto / RWA / financial markets • Internship experience in fintech, banking, or consulting • Basic understanding of how financial products operate By submitting a job application, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Candidate Privacy Policy.
