Network Engineer (L2) – Enterprise / Banking Environment We are hiring a Level 2 Network Engineer to support and manage enterprise network infrastructure within a highly regulated banking environment. This role will serve as an escalation point from L1 support, handling complex incidents, network changes, and infrastructure improvements while ensuring high availability, performance, and security across mission-critical systems. Key Responsibilities • Provide L2 escalation support for network incidents and service requests • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewall environments • Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless infrastructure • Monitor network performance and proactively address capacity and availability risks • Support network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure enhancement projects • Implement changes in line with ITIL and change management processes • Enforce network security controls including ACLs, segmentation, and firewall policies • Work closely with vendors, ISPs, and internal teams to resolve issues • Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs • Provide guidance and support to L1 engineers when required Show More
