About Role: We are supporting a global financial data environment, focusing on Market Data infrastructure. The role involves on-site support for locations in multiple citioes within banking environments. • Perform on-site support activities at client locations (primarily banks) • Execute Linux system operations via command line (no GUI) • Navigate file systems (find, copy, edit files) • Start/stop services and monitor system processes • Troubleshoot: • Connectivity issues • Application/service failures • Communicate effectively with: • Local client IT teams • Global teams
