Change Management Manager/Lead

Job Description

You will lead the execution of change management for the new DFIQ Vendor Portal within DFI, principally focused on Hong Kong. You will coordinate closely with the DFI format business team to develop the DFIQ suite of services to DFI’s retail partners, our banner commercial teams, legal, and finance, to transform the overall usage of the portal to achieve three broad goals (a) B2B trade portal to digitalise business interactions between suppliers and DFI (b) Enable vendors to obtain data insights to identify and achieve revenue-generating opportunities (c) self-serve access to retail media opportunities.
