Summary The Project Lead – Services is responsible for managing end-to-end customer onboarding, migration, and delivery activities across SAP cloud environments. This role ensures successful execution of Greenfield and Brownfield implementations, driving project governance, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end onboarding and migration projects for Greenfield and Brownfield customers across the full project lifecycle • Manage planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards • Oversee disaster recovery (DR) implementation and ensure operational readiness • Direct and coordinate release and deployment activities, ensuring successful rollout of patches and releases into production environments in line with governance processes and quality gates • Manage Sales-to-Delivery handover, ensuring completeness of requirements, scope clarity, and technical prerequisites in collaboration with internal stakeholders (CDM, TSM, CAS, DR, and delivery teams) • Drive onboarding coordination for PCE customers, working closely with internal organizations such as GSSP and ECD • Coordinate network connectivity setup between customer environments and hosting platforms (e.g., HEC) • Plan and execute migration cutovers and go-live activities in collaboration with customers, SAP Consulting migration teams, and internal ECS teams (for Brownfield scenarios) • Ensure successful Business Go-Live and transition to steady-state operations • Establish and manage project governance, including regular status meetings, stakeholder updates, and reporting • Facilitate weekly project sync meetings with customers and internal teams during build and delivery phases • Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, and status reports
