Quality Assurance Auditor Sample evaluation

Job Description

As an integral part of the Global Operations Sourcing & Tech Team, you will offer technical support and provide gold seal approval feedback to suppliers, facilitate identification of of improvement areas, establish garment construction standards, collaborate with internal stakeholders reporting to the Quality Manager. Responsibilities • Prepare and implement SOPs for the Gold Seal process with suppliers, ensuring consistent quality standards • Work with product development, vendors, and sourcing teams to develop and improve garment specifications, construction methods, and provide technical support for new supplier sample reviews • Conduct complete Gold Seal evaluations and approvals, including sample review for fit, construction, functionality, and safety; provide training on self-Gold Seal sample approval to FCAs • Administrate Gold Seal comments in PLM, prepare supplier performance reports, update the QA manual for Gold Seal sections, and perform data analysis on rejections, tech-pack updates, and technical issues • Manage the receipt and return of samples from suppliers to the warehouse and assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned to support the QA team • Travel may be required • Overtime working may be required • Minimum 5+ years of QA experience, including sample evaluation and technical activities • Excellent communication skills, able to prioritize tasks and report data clearly • Strong team player, capable of networking and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of PLM is a plus • Solid English language skills, both written and spoken Show More
