Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Job Description

Responsibilities: • Prepare and monitor project budgets and costing; • Evaluate variations and manage change control processes; • Negotiate and administer contracts with clients and subcontractors; • Conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement and collation of records at our construction sites. Requirements: • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction preferably with MRICS or HKIS professional qualification; • At least 12 years' relevant experience with experience working in contractors; • Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite; • Ability to present and justify recommendations with clarity and confidence; • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
