Our client is a reputable and leading Financial Institution in Hong Kong. In order to meet their business expansion, they are seeking a bright Application Production Support with good communication skills to support their investment management platforms. Responsibilities: Responsible for end-to-end production support on investment management platforms, ensuring timely resolution of incidents. Identify issues, lead root cause analysis and troubleshoot efficiently. Liaise and work together with internal technical IT teams and IT vendors for incident management and on-going technical issues.
