GCB 4 We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Funds and Discretionary Products. In this role you will need: • Drive robust and continuous growth in Unit Trusts business in Hong Kong, addressing customers' wealth needs with dedicated product strategies • Formulate and implement strategies to develop the Unit Trusts business including commercial, technology, operational initiatives • Lead the ideation, development, and execution of Group initiatives related to the Unit Trusts business • Lead and manage Unit Trusts projects focused on enhancing product fulfillment, optimizing digital journeys, and streamlining operational, and sales processes to ensure efficiency and compliance • Ensure the quality of Unit Trusts portfolio, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines • Maintain high service levels and process resilience to achieve customer satisfaction and mitigate reputational and regulatory risks • Collaborate closely with internal divisions, external parties, and regulators to develop Unit Trusts services that exceed competitor and customer expectations • Implement effective commercialisation and marketing initiatives to drive Unit Trusts business growth, new customer acquisition, and reactivation of existing customers • Foster staff engagement and promote knowledge and experience sharing within the team Show More
