Job Description

We’re partnering with a leading digital asset investment group to hire a Head of Product to lead the development of a next-generation financial ecosystem across trading, structured products, and yield solutions. This is a high-impact leadership role with ownership across product strategy, product design, and AUM growth. Key Responsibilities: • Define and drive the multi-year product strategy across derivatives, structured products, and yield offerings • Build and scale a diversified product suite (e.g. options, structured products, earn/yield products) • Partner closely with Engineering, Quant, Trading, and Risk teams to deliver high-performance products • Design institutional-grade trading experiences for complex financial instruments • Work with liquidity and trading teams on pricing, hedging, and yield optimisation • Lead and grow a high-performing product team across multiple regions • Track product performance and drive AUM growth through data-led decisions • Ensure products are built in line with global regulatory and compliance standards Show More
