Company Overview We arepartnering with a fast-growing, globally recognized digital asset platform and financial technology innovator. Our mission is to bridge the gap between traditional finance and the decentralized economy. As the client rapidly expands their global footprint across, we are looking for a visionary product leader to scale our next-generation payments, web3 wallets, and card-issuing ecosystem. Position Summary As the Head of Crypto Payments & Cards Product, you will lead the strategic vision, design, and execution of our regional payment product roadmap. This role is a unique hybrid of traditional fintech infrastructure and cutting-edge web3 technology. You will be responsible for leading and scaling a regional team of ~10 product managers and specialists, tasked with building highly scalable payment experiences across fiat, stablecoins, cryptocurrencies, self-custodial/hosted wallets, card issuing, merchant payments, and embedded finance.
