Director of Production/Sourcing (US market - Lingerie)

Job Description

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of apparel production, supply chain management, and factory/vendor relationships. This role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to drive efficiencies while supporting product delivery and quality. Manages costs across the production lifecycle to ensure desired gross profit is met. The individual must lead the production, sourcing, and merchandising teams. Production • Oversee the end-to-end production process (from costing onward) • Develop and implement production strategies that align with overall U.S. goals and timelines • Manage production calendars and ensure on-time delivery • Monitor production output daily/weekly (maintain overall WIP reports) • Establish and maintain QC standards (desired AQL levels by customer) • Implement proper inspection protocols • Troubleshoot production issues and implement necessary CAPs quickly and efficiently Show More
