Leading global shipping function (20%) Oversee global shipping teams located in Macau and Guangzhou. Streamline processes, automate tasks, and enable teams to operate at a control tower level. Collaborate with regional partners to optimize freight operations and associated processes, identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements across factories and regions, and promote ongoing enhancements in distributor shipment procedures and visibility. Develop a program to optimize packaging for cost savings, standardization, and regional DC automation (25%)
