Job Description

Client = Investment firm with offices in the US, Europe, Middle-East and Asia. This is a newly created role in Singapore to support the business with transactional and commercial growth across Asia. Location = Singapore Focus of work • Transactional = 50% • Commercial = 50% Job Description • You will play a lead role, supporting the business with transactions across the APAC region. This will involve structuring and the negotiation of various agreements from concept to closure. • You will draft, review, and negotiate fund/product related documentation and agreements such as distribution and marketing/sales. • You will work closely with product and finance teams, as well as offering key compliance and governance support. This includes new product launches through to distribution. • You will work closely with external counsel in key growth jurisdictions such as Japan, Korea and India. Show More
