Job Description ### Responsibilities 1. Draft, review and revise company contracts and other legal documents to mitigate legal risks and ensure all clauses comply with applicable laws and regulations. 2. Develop and maintain standardized protocols for legal document review and template libraries to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. 3. Provide daily legal consultation to business departments and respond to legal enquiries arising from business operations. 4. Participate in legal due diligence for the company's major strategic decisions, identify potential legal risks and propose feasible solutions.
