Are you looking for a change? Our client is a reputable financial institution in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking a seasoned AI Product Manager to join their AI and Innovation team. The role involves driving the roadmap and delivery of an AI-assisted development platform, leading Digital Twin initiatives from pilot to production, and managing the innovation pipeline from ideation through to implementation. Responsibilities • Own the product lifecycle for an AI-assisted development platform, from strategy and roadmap to delivery, adoption, and ongoing optimization. • Drive Digital Twin initiatives from pilot to production, including use-case prioritization, architecture alignment, data integration, operational readiness, and performance measurement. • Manage the innovation pipeline end-to-end: horizon scanning, translating trends into research questions, defining experiments/POCs, and partnering with engineering teams to prototype and scale successful ideas to production. • Translate business objectives into product requirements, including workflow design, user journeys, functional/non-functional requirements, and measurable success metrics. • Lead feasibility assessments and POCs, establishing evaluation criteria (value, scalability, security, maintainability) and making go/no-go recommendations. • Manage vendors and external partners (selection, contracting support, delivery governance, SLAs, and quality assurance) to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes. • Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, security, risk/compliance, operations, and business stakeholders; ensure delivery governance and stakeholder communications. • Produce fit-for-purpose documentation (product specs, technical frameworks, user guides, training, and operating procedures) to enable sustainable operations and knowledge transfer. • Conduct post-implementation reviews to track ROI, user adoption, reliability, and scalability; incorporate learnings into the roadmap.
