Job Title: VP Product Development - Asia Reports to: SVP, Global Sourcing & Production Location: Hong Kong The Role As VP Product Development - Asia, you will provide enterprise leadership for Deckers’ multi-brand Product Development, Engineering, Innovation, Material Development, and Wear Test organizations across Asia. You’ll set the strategic direction, operating standards, and governance required to deliver consumer-led innovation, speed-to-market, quality excellence, and cost competitiveness at scale. As a senior leader, you’ll partner closely with Global Product, Design, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Brand leadership to ensure seamless execution across the product lifecycle.
