Job Description

Responsibilities • Perform dunning via phone calls, and/or written correspondence with debtors, debt collection agency, regulatory bodies and external legal consultants • Negotiate with debtors for repayment schedules • Prepare regular reports on debt collection progress, activities and results to management and evaluate collection performance of debt collection agencies vs KPIs • Track financial and registration status of debtors, issue demand letter and reminder, ensure proper filing in system • Arrange debtors' repayment with Finance and re-arrange debtors' repayment schedules in accordance with Agency Business’ recommendation. • Maintain and update the Master Debt File for terminated agents and Negative Payable File for inforce agents with accuracy and integrity Show More
