The Company Our client is a leading FI, and they are seeking for an experienced Policy admin associate to join the team. The Role • Document Handling & Verification • Review and verify submitted documents for completeness and accuracy • Liaise with internal teams for missing or unclear information • Ensure proper document indexing and uploading into systems • System & Record Management • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in core systems • Support data extraction and reporting when required • Customer & Stakeholder Support • Participate outbound calls when necessary
