Your role Role Summary We are seeking an Associate Director to join the APAC Equity Derivatives Trading desk in Hong Kong. The role focuses on pricing, trading, and risk managing equity derivatives products across Asian markets. You will partner closely with Sales, Structuring, Quant and IT teams to deliver client solutions, manage risk exposures, and identify trading opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Price, execute, and risk manage equity derivatives books across APAC markets • Conduct market analysis and identify trading opportunities • Partner with Sales to provide timely pricing, execution support, and client insights • Collaborate with Structuring and Quants on product development and pricing methodologies • Contribute to analytics, tooling, and automation initiatives (e.g., Python) • Ensure adherence to risk controls and regulatory requirements • Operate effectively in a high-pressure environment with strong decision-making Show More
