Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of corporate finance and equity capital markets transactions, including but not limited to IPOs, M&As, financial advisory and other fundraising exercises Assist the team in performing due diligence, market research and financial analysis Preparation of pitching materials, internal and external memos and idea generation for the team Perform other job duties as assigned by the team from time to time Requirements: Bachelor degree candidate from universities majoring in business, finance, accounting, or related disciplines
