Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day production support for market data platforms in a global environment. • Monitor systems, investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis to ensure service stability. • Conduct daily operational checks, including Ready for Business and End-of-Day procedures. • Manage support requests, incident tickets, and escalations from users and internal technology teams. • Work closely with feed integration and infrastructure teams to validate changes and support system rollouts. • Participate in weekend support activities, system checkouts, and disaster recovery testing. • Maintain and enhance monitoring processes and operational tooling. • Liaise with external vendors and exchanges to troubleshoot market data and connectivity issues. • Support the implementation and deployment of new products, services, and platform enhancements. • Collaborate with global teams as part of a follow-the-sun support model. • Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and technical standards. • Track incidents, problems, and project work through Jira and other workflow management tools. • Develop and maintain scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency.
