Public, Mainland and International Affairs Division 1-year contract Responsibilities: • Coordinate video production projects from creative development through to final delivery, in partnership with in-house video producer and script-writer • Invite, schedule, and coordinate participating artistes, talents, and performers • Source and coordinate venues, locations, props and production resources • Provide on‑site production assistance and logistical support to in-house video producer during shoots • Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting • Handle procurement procedures, including vendor quotations, purchase requisitions, and contract administration • Ensure production timelines, quality standards, and operational requirements are met Show More
