Generalist, Client Services, SME Banking (WD72054) Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, foreign exchange and trade finance. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long‑standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards. Responsibilities • Provide efficient general service support and handle customers' daily enquiries in a responsive and customer‑oriented manner. • Provide operation supports to facilitate team business and coordinate with various counterparties to ensure the customers at a satisfactory level. • Comply with all regulatory requirements imposed by regulatory authorities, and policies, standards, guidelines and procedures of the Bank.
