Job Responsibilities 1. Monitoring & Data Analysis (Channel Operations) • Monitor daily transaction data of payment channels, and track the performance of different regions, currencies (e.g., SGD, USD, EUR, etc.) and payment methods (credit cards, local e-wallets, etc.) • Identify transaction anomalies and potential risks through data insights, communicate and resolve issues with payment providers in a timely manner to ensure the stability of the payment process. 2. Business Growth & Campaign Planning (Business Operations) • Plan and launch region-specific business activities periodically in line with the company’s business strategy. • Design incentive programs for specific currencies or payment methods, optimize user payment experience, and be directly responsible for the growth of Total Payment Volume (TPV).
