Job Description AME Regional Account Director, Work Dynamics Asia Pacific Position Title: Regional Account Director (AME) Location: Hong Kong (Client Site) Scope: Facilities Management, Engineering, Workplace Experience, and Small Works Projects Position Summary The AME (Asia and the Middle East) Account Director leads the operational delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Small Works Projects for the Client’s Corporate Real Estate (CRE) portfolio. Moving beyond traditional facilities management, this role is the custodian of the Client’s built environment, responsible for operational resilience, asset lifecycle preservation, and the delivery of a premium workplace experience.
