Senior Officer, Finance Operations (Non-Life Insurance, 1-year Contract)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate execution and the correct recording of Account Payables and Receivables in the accounting ledger • Monitor receivables, ensure distribution of the Statement of account, follow up undeliverable emails, coordinate with LoB on escalation, and drive aged balance reduction and provisioning/write‑off inputs. Provide KPI/aging reporting to Finance leadership and stakeholders • Perform daily bank statement review, allocate receipts in the Policy Admin Systems and finance systems, investigate suspense items, and coordinate with internal/external parties for settlement details and cleanup • Process claims/commissions maintaining evidence and preventing control bypass in the settlement flows.
