Manager / Associate Director, Investor Relations (Data Centres)

Job Description

What will you do? • Drive the end-to-end execution of fund marketing by producing high-impact pitchbooks, teasers, and Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs) that articulate our competitive advantage in power procurement and hyperscale tenant relationships • Master the technical narrative of the data centre sector, translating complex operational KPIs—such as Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE), liquid cooling adoption, and grid-connection timelines—into compelling investment stories for LPs • Manage the investor due diligence process with precision, overseeing virtual data rooms (VDRs) and crafting detailed responses to complex Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) that address both investment and financial risk • Act as a strategic project manager for capital formation, tracking investor pipelines and ensuring the senior leadership team is fully briefed on LP sentiment, historical allocations, and specific ESG requirements prior to meetings • Liaise between the investment team and management, ensuring that our investor communications reflect the reality of current construction costs, supply chain dynamics, and renewable energy integration • Support the firm’s ESG and Sustainability disclosures, specifically regarding carbon-free energy (CFE) goals and the environmental impact of increased rack density, to meet the rising transparency demands of global institutional capital • Facilitate investor engagement events, including Annual General Meetings and physical site tours of data center facilities, providing investors with a firsthand look at the physical infrastructure backing their commitments Show More
