We are seeking an experienced Risk & Compliance Lead to oversee and drive the firm’s compliance function across Singapore, Hong Kong, and other overseas offices (non-mainland China). This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust, scalable compliance framework, with a primary focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Client Due Diligence (CDD), and risk management. In addition, the role will oversee contract review processes, knowledge management, and document governance to support the firm’s broader operational and regulatory needs.
