Job Description

The Senior Content Growth Specialist will sit within the Sales Department and lead AI-driven content growth initiatives that convert brand visibility into qualified traffic and eShop sales. This role is responsible for building scalable content strategies across Google, AI search, Instagram, and TikTok while ensuring execution is commercially effective, visually on-brand, and aligned with the business trading calendar. Responsibilities AI-Driven Search and Traffic Strategy (AEO & SEO) • Use AI tools to identify emerging fashion and consumer trend keywords, and forecast high-potential search themes over the next 60 days. • Build and optimize content structures across owned and external channels to strengthen visibility in both traditional search and AI answer engines. • Develop keyword and content plans in line with the eShop commercial calendar, ensuring timely deployment of SEO-focused editorial content across the brand website, blog, and relevant content platforms. • Improve the brand's discoverability for high-intent category and style-related searches, supporting both traffic acquisition and conversion.
