Job Description

Overview The Business Management & Program function drives strategic initiatives across business growth, infrastructure, and controls. Acting as a bridge between front office and support teams, it ensures operational excellence and implementation of best practices in a collaborative, high-transparency environment. Focused on the Equities & Global Markets business, this role is responsible for enhancing both the commercial and operational effectiveness of the trading desk. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Initiatives: Lead cross-functional transformation projects to support equities growth, including electronic trading capabilities • Commercial Efficiency: Identify and implement improvements to processes that drive revenue growth and cost optimisation • Platform Development: Deliver and manage market initiatives, particularly low-touch / electronic trading programs • Governance & Controls: Embed robust control frameworks across business activities and change initiatives • Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior stakeholders and lead governance forums to align strategy and execution Show More
