Compliance Manager - Private Equity

Job Description

The position is offered as a 6‑month contract on a renewable basis, with a view to conversion into a permanent role. Key Responsibilities • Provide day‑to‑day compliance support to an SFC‑licensed entity (Type 1 and Type 4). • Manage entity and individual licensing matters, including SFC applications, notifications, and ongoing regulatory filings. • Own core PE compliance workstreams, including suitability assessments and regulatory reporting. • Act as a key contact for SFC inquiries, surveys, and inspections. • Monitor regulatory developments and advise on business impact. • Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls. • Deliver compliance training and respond to employee compliance queries. • Prepare compliance reporting for senior management. • Work closely with business, legal, and regional/global compliance teams.
