About the role We are hiring for a leading financial institution for someone familiar with equities/ FICC compliance to join their APAC team. This role isn’t a day-to-day compliance advisory role and the successful candidate will be someone who enjoys running programs, improving processes, and connecting teams. We are open to consultants from the Big 4 as well as experienced compliance professionals from an investment bank. Responsibilities: • Oversee how compliance performs across the region: tracking metrics, driving key initiatives, and making sure local and global teams stay aligned. • Track and improve compliance KPIs/KRIs across APAC • Lead regional compliance projects and help roll out global programs locally • Prepare materials for leadership and governance meetings • Act as a bridge between compliance teams in different countries Show More
