Join a leading global private markets firm supporting Asia Pacific operations. This is a hands-on role with exposure across multiple jurisdictions, regulatory filings, and investor-facing compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Support and enhance the APAC compliance program, policies, and manuals • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers on regulatory filings and compliance requests • Assist with fund registrations, KYC/AML, and limited partner onboarding • Support corporate governance, compliance training, and operational monitoring • Help prepare board meetings and other ad hoc compliance projects
