We are looking for an experienced Data Engineering leader to shape our enterprise data strategy, accelerate cloud transformation, and unlock advanced analytics capabilities. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to drive innovation and foster cross-functional collaboration across business and technology teams Job responsibilities: • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, automated data pipelines and platforms to support evolving business needs and accelerate insight delivery. • Drive cloud migration initiatives, ensuring successful transition of legacy systems to modern cloud environments. • Optimize data infrastructure for cost efficiency, reliability, and performance, including software license and server cost savings. • Establish and enforce best practices in data engineering, including coding standards, testing, and documentation. • Drive strategic data acquisition initiatives in emerging business areas, ensuring the timely availability of high-quality data to enable actionable insights that maximize customer experience and revenue growth. • Collaborate with analytics, marketing, sales, IT, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Promote data quality, governance, and security measures across all data processes. • Monitor and optimize system performance and scalability, proactively addressing bottlenecks and implementing predictive maintenance strategies. • Explore and implement innovative tools, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance operational efficiency and accelerate migration projects. • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their applicability to improve data engineering capabilities. • Mentor and develop team members, fostering engagement, technical growth, and leadership capabilities.
