Data Team Lead (Regional System Integrator) We are looking for a high-caliber Data Team Lead to join our regional professional services practice. As a premier System Integrator (SI), we partner with world-class technology vendors—including Tableau, Dremio, Mulesoft, Alteryx, Talend, and Confluent—to deliver end-to-end data ecosystems for enterprise clients. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical architecture and strategic project delivery, leading a high-performing team of over 10 Data and BI Consultants across the region. Key Responsibilities • Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a team of 10+ Data and BI Consultants. Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and accountability. • Technical Oversight: Provide architectural guidance and act as the Final Technical Authority for projects involving ETL/ELT, Data Integration, Streaming (Confluent), and Analytics (Tableau/Alteryx). • Project Delivery: Oversee the full project lifecycle from pre-sales technical validation to final deployment. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. • Vendor Ecosystem Management: Maintain deep technical competency across our core product stack (Dremio, Mulesoft, Blue Prism, Ataccama, Vertica, and AWS/Amazon) to ensure optimal solutioning for clients. • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact for C-suite stakeholders, translating complex data requirements into actionable business value. Required Experience & Skills • Consulting DNA: Proven experience working within a System Integrator (SI), Technology Vendor, or Management Consultancy is highly preferred. • Leadership Track Record: Minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity, managing teams of at least 8–10 technical consultants. • Technical Breadth: Strong hands-on background in at least three of the following areas: • Data Visualization: Tableau, PowerBI. • Data Engineering/Integration: Talend, Mulesoft, Alteryx, Confluent. • Data Virtualization/Storage: Dremio, Vertica, Amazon Redshift/S3. • Governance & Automation: Ataccama, Blue Prism (RPA). • Regional Mindset: Experience delivering projects across different markets and managing remote or distributed teams. • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical teams and business owners.
