Job Description

Job Responsibilities • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for scheduled and ad hoc activities • Perform equipment installation, cables installation, equipment decommissions and housekeeping of the data centre • Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and escalation to seniors and management • Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare reports • Exhibit quality workmanship on all work • Company will provide training workshops and on-the-job training to all new joiner • Monitor the data centre environment such as air conditioning and humidity levels, fire protection equipment • Monitor system to identify any system malfunctions and initiate corrective action to maintain schedules and to ensure integrity of production and outputs • Responsible for the basic operation of the computer systems and associated peripherals • Manage media include hard discs, SSDs and tapes Show More
