Job Description
Core Responsibilities Service Design: Develop end-to-end service blueprints and ecosystem maps that integrate digital and physical touchpoints. Strategy & Roadmap: Drive the digital transformation roadmap , focusing on high-level experience strategy rather than localized UI/UX improvements. Experience Orchestration: Design holistic customer journeys that align business processes with user needs. Stakeholder Management: Lead workshops and collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define and execute long-term transformation goals.
