Agency Channel Sales – MPF (AM/Manager) #RWL Description Salary: HK$25,000 – $35,000 (Negotiable) + Commission + Bonus Location: Hong Kong Island / Hybrid The Role We are looking for a high-caliber Sales Professional to join our Agency Channel team. You will be responsible for driving business growth by managing and supporting Insurance Agents and Brokers, with a specific focus on MPF products . Key Responsibilities Channel Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Insurance Agents and Brokers to promote MPF schemes. Business Development: Achieve sales targets through effective channel strategies and broker engagement. Training & Support: Provide product updates, market insights, and sales support to intermediaries to enhance their productivity. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and documentation strictly adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Requirements Full License Experience: Proven track record in MPF sales or channel management. Network: Experience working directly with insurance agents or brokers is highly preferred.
