Client Description Our client is one of the most well-known luxury retail groups in Hong Kong. Operating out of boutiques in prime locations, the enterprise caters to a discerning clientele focused on heritage and exceptional quality. They are looking for an experienced Senior/IT Manager to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities: • Own IT strategy, budgeting, and company-wide IT policies/procedures. • Lead major IT projects (e.g., system migrations and retail technology rollouts) and deliver on time/budget. • Manage POS, inventory, CRM, retail systems, and related hardware/software; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. • Oversee infrastructure and security (networks/servers/cloud, upgrades, risk assessments, audits). • Drive digital transformation (mobile/handheld solutions, platform/documentation updates, website improvements/SEO). • Lead and develop the IT team; coordinate vendors and provide cross-department technical support. • Ensure governance and compliance via internal controls, disaster recovery/continuity plans, reporting, and follow-up of internal audit recommendations; keep documentation current.
