Job Description

Role Introduction Reports to: Platform Operations Manager Lead the Cloud and Platforms team to deliver resilient, secure and highly available services across Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and on‑premises platforms. You will guide resource allocation, technical direction and engineering quality to ensure platform services meet project commitments and business needs, while maintaining strong governance and compliance across all environments. You will shape the team’s technical depth through hands‑on coaching and mentoring, driving continuous improvement and capability uplift. The work spans cloud governance, infrastructure automation using Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment and Infrastructure as Code, cloud audit preparation, risk assessment and remediation tracking. You will also serve as the escalation point for complex production, staging and test environment challenges, using your ability to break down information, assess root causes and guide technical decisions.
