Job Description

Our client, a Hong Kong-based, large‑scale public service operator, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture (Application Portfolio) to design, own, and evolve its enterprise application landscape. This role is critical to building core enterprise platforms, defining application strategies, and supporting large‑scale business operations. You will take end‑to‑end ownership of the application landscape, covering strategy, architecture, and lifecycle management. The role requires a hands‑on development background and is not a pure project manager position. You will work within a hybrid delivery model, collaborating with both in‑house engineering teams and external vendors to support an organisation.
