Job Description

Responsibilities: • Manage the full lifecycle of all company-initiated projects, from conceptualization and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. • Ensure that all projects directly support organizational goals and deliver measurable business value. • Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize the allocation of human and capital resources. • Proactively identify project risks and bottlenecks; develop and implement effective mitigation and contingency plans. • Act as the primary liaison between project teams and executive leadership, providing clear, data-driven progress reports and status updates. • Establish, maintain, and refine best-practice project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to drive operational efficiency. • Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
